The DV Caddie Adapter Plate attaches to the top of your DV Caddie so you can use your Caddie with larger cameras that have built in shoulder rests.

Bigger cameras mean heavier cameras and a built in
shoulder rest doesn't mean freedom from fatigue. Use
the Caddie in conjunction with your camera's shoulder
rest to more evenly distribute the weight across both shoulders as well as reduce the
load your arm has to support. Adjust the DV Caddie strap until you find the height you're accustom to shooting at. The pan, tilt and "float" can be left unlocked to allow for slight adjustments or locked off for increased stability. |

The DV Caddie adapter plate is designed to work with cameras that have a "wedge" style tripod plate such as the one shown to the left. If your camera has a different style of tripod plate the adapter may not work for you. Please contact us or your retailer if you have questions. |
